Refund Policy for Supply Aquatic Goods

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

b. The original packaging must be intact.

c. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

Please note that certain items, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom-made products, and items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable," are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

In cases where only a partial refund is granted, we will provide an explanation detailing the reasons for the partial refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer support team at supplyagsales@gmail.com and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
